FAQs
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We ask for 12 hours notice for all cancellations and/or reschedules. If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact the shop by phone (937-965-7000) or email (hello@nailsonbrown.com) as soon as possible or click here.
Cancelling or rescheduling after the 12-hours-before-your-appointment-mark will result in a 50% charge of the booked service.
No call/no shows will be charged the full service amount.
Our Service Policy
We stand behind the quality of our work. We guarantee gel manicures/builder/luminary/dazzle dry manis chip free for 7 days. Anything after will require a fee. We guarantee gel x for at least 2 weeks. All sales at our salon are final. If you are not happy with the finished product, please contact us so we can arrange a fix.

Do you offer acrylic?
No, our salon does not offer acrylic nails. Acrylic contains sensitizing agents plus lots of fine dust is produced when shaping the nails. Furthermore many salons used MMA in their monomor which is not approved for nail use. We do not want to work over product that can potentially contain unsafe chemicals. We want to create a safe salon environment for our nail technicians and guests alike.
