We offer complimentary resizing and reattachments for every piece purchased from us. This includes breakage, temporary removal for an MRI or surgery, or simple adjustments for comfort or fit.
Our permanent jewelry is crafted from high quality 14k gold filled, 14k solid gold, and sterling silver, designed to be long lasting and durable. While it won’t just fall off or break on its own, it can break if it gets snagged. Remember, permanent doesn’t mean indestructible.
If your piece comes off, you must have the physical chain for us to repair or resize it. Our warranty does not cover lost pieces, so please hold onto your jewelry if it breaks and we’ll happily reattach it for you.

Yes! At our discretion, we will reattach jewelry that wasn’t purchased at Nails on Brown for a fee of $15.

Our jewelry is high-quality, tarnish-resistant, and waterproof with a lifetime warranty. Residue buildup usually happens from product buildup like sunscreen, lotions, or makeup, so we recommend cleaning your jewelry with soap and water to remove the buildup. A polishing cloth will also remove residue from sterling silver.

14k gold-filled jewelry has a layer of gold bonded to a base metal, typically brass. It’s far more durable than gold-plated jewelry and is designed to last. Sterling Silver is made from 92.5% silver, with the remainder being other metals. It can be polished if residue builds up. All jewelry is nickel free, even our sterling silver options.
