Do you take Walk ins?

Absolutely, we take walk ins when our schedule allows. Just a heads up though: clients with appointments are always our first priority. If you’re thinking about stopping by, it’s a good idea to call ahead and see if we’ve got room for you to walk in.

Our Cancellation Policy?

We ask for 12 hours notice for all cancellations and/or reschedules. If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact the shop by phone (937-965-7000) or email (hello@nailsonbrown.com) as soon as possible or use the form below.

Cancelling or rescheduling after the 12-hours-before-your-appointment-mark will result in a 50% charge of the booked service. 
No call/no shows will be charged the full service amount. 

Any unpaid service fee must be settled before booking future appointments at our salon

When making an appointment with our salon, we understand that you are in agreement with our policy above.

What is your guarantee?

We stand behind the quality of our work. We guarantee gel manicures/builder/luminary/dazzle dry manis chip free for 7 days. Anything after will require a fee. We guarantee gel x for at least 2 weeks. All sales at our salon are final. If you are not happy with the finished product, please contact us so we can arrange a fix.

Running Late?

Please give us a call at 937-965-7000. We will always try our best to accommodate you. Depending on the service if you are more than 10-15 minutes late we may need to modify your reservation or reschedule your appointment time.

Where Can I Park?

We have parking lots behind our building and street parking in front. In the back you may park in any space marked, PINE CLUB ONLY. We share parking with the Pine Club and other neighboring businesses. You may also use our back door to enter and exit the salon. On very busy days if you are unable to find parking, we recommend to park at the Oakwood post office across the street.
